  • 1 teaspoon seasoning sauce, for the cocktail sauce  
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, for the cocktail sauce  
  • 4 cups pink shrimp, or precooked shrimp
  • salt, for the cocktail sauce  
  • pepper, for the cocktail sauce  
  • some onion, finely chopped, for garnish
  • some cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish
  • some avocado, cut into cubes, for garnish
  • crackers, for serving

  • On a chopping board, finely cut onion, serrano chile, and cilantro. Seed and cut tomatoes into small-sized cubes. Transfer ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  • Pour ketchup into the bowl. Add tomato purée, olive oil, orange soda, orange juice, lime juice, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pink shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until completely incorporated. Refrigerate shrimp cocktail before serving.
  • Serve Mexican shrimp cocktail in a glass or a cocktail glass with saltine crackers garnished with onion, cilantro, and avocado.
