  • 2 cups fish fillet, Spanish mackerel
  • 2 limes, juice

  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • 1/2 cups tomato
  • 1/2 cups cucumber
  • 1/2 cups avocado
  • 1/2 cups carrot
  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • In a food processor, finely grind fish. Set aside.
  • Finely chop onion, cilantro, tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Finely shred carrot.
  • In a bowl, mix fish, lime juice, chopped vegetables, oregano, salt, and pepper until incorporated. Let marinate for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Serve Nayarit-style ceviche.
