Authentic Pozole Blanco

Pork, hominy, and a unique blend of aromatic herbs come together in one of the most traditional dishes of Mexican cuisine: pozole blanco. This non-spicy take on pozole is prepared by simmering the meat for a long time to develop its rich flavors, resulting in a full-bodied pork stew that is best enjoyed topped with lettuce, radish, oregano, and onion and that is ideal for special occasions.
