  • Cut the previously cleaned tummy in boxes, and cook it in enough water with a clove of garlic, a piece of onion and a spoonful of salt. Let it boil until it is well cooked.
  • Desvene, toast lightly, soak in hot water and grind chiles.
  • Fry the onion and garlic, finely chopped, in two tablespoons of butter. When the onion is crystallized add the ground chilies and fry lightly.
  • Add the pancita with its broth, previously removing the onion and garlic, and add the cooked chickpeas
  • Let boil for 30 minutes and season with salt.
  • And ready with some handmade tortillitas, a delight.
