  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea ​​salt

  • Preheat oven to 375 ºF.
  • Cut stems off Brussels sprouts. Remove brown and yellow outer leaves. Cut in half.
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add Brussels sprouts. Mix until coated. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Stir with a spatula for an even browning. Bake for 15 more minutes. Stir again and cover with maple syrup. Bake for 15 more minutes or until soft. The total baking time is 45 minutes.
