  • For the wonton dough: Combine flour, eggs, salt, and water in the blender and blend until mixed and until a homogenous dough is obtained. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  • On a wooden chopping board with enough cornstarch, stretch wonton dough until it is 0.03 inches thick. Cut squares of 4.7x4.7 inches. Reserve.
  • For the veggie stuffing: Heat a skillet over medium heat with sesame oil. Cook garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot, onion rings, and zucchini for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, cook for 1 more minute and remove. Cool.
  • For assembling the spring rolls: Place a bit of veggie stuffing in a corner of each wonton sheet. Close to form the roll. Glaze the edges with egg.
  • Heat oil over medium heat. Fry rolls until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
  • Place spring rolls on a piece of lettuce and serve with sweet chili sauce.
