On a plate, place flour, salt, and pepper and mix with a spoon. Coat chicken wings with flour mixture and remove excess. Set aside. In a pot with hot oil, fry chicken wings for 15 minutes or until brown. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. For the sauce: In a pot, heat oil and add garlic and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes. Add cola and soy sauce and cook for 10 more minutes or until slightly reduced. Add ketchup, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly. In a bowl, mix a bit of sauce and cornstarch until dissolved. Pour mixture into the sauce pot and cook for 5 more minutes or until thick. Set aside. Transfer sauce to a bowl. Add butter and mix. Dip fried chicken wings in cola sauce. Place Coca-Cola chicken wings on a tray, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve with a yellow corn ear on the side.
