Combine whole milk, cream cheese, canned mushrooms, whipping cream, and onion in powder in a blender and blend until a homogenous mixture is obtained. In a small pot with butter, cook garlic and celery until they turn color. Add mushrooms, spaghetti, and sauce. Mix and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cover and cook for 8 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through. Serve creamy mushroom pasta in a deep dish with oregano.
