In a pot with plenty of water, add cow’s feet. On a chopping board, cut tripe into medium-sized cubes. Rinse corn kernels. Cook cow’s feet for 15 minutes and add corn kernels. Cook cow’s feet and corn kernels for 20 minutes. Add tripe and cook for a few minutes. Add onion, garlic, serrano chile, salt, and chicken boullion mini cubes. On a chopping board, cut onion and cilantro into small-sized cubes. Serve authentic menudo blanco with baguette slices.
