In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese ricotta cheese, chicken, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheets and top with a layer of the previous mixture. Repeat the layers until baking dish is full. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 356 °F for 15 minutes or until cheese broils. Remove from oven. Cut chicken Alfredo lasagna and serve on a plate with salad on the side.
