Prepare pancake mix following the instructions on the box. Grease a heart-shaped pancake ring with a bit of oil. In a skillet, heat oil. Place the heart-shaped pancake ring on top. Pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of pancake batter into the pancake ring depending on its size. Flip pancakes after bubbles rise to surface and bottom is brown. Once both sides of the heart-shaped pancake are cooked through, remove from heat. Repeat process with remaining pancake batter. Serve heart-shaped pancakes topped with fruit.
