For the arepas: In a bowl, combine lukewarm water and salt. Add P.A.N.® Pre-cooked White Corn Meal little by little and knead to a smooth dough for 2 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Divide dough into 8 to 10 equal pieces and form each into a ball.Using your hands, flatten each ball to 4-inch arepas. In a hot griddle over medium heat, cook arepas for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Cut open arepas crosswise and set aside. For the grilled beef: In a grill or skillet, grill beef to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper, slice grilled beef, and set aside. For assembling the grilled beef arepas: Fill arepas with queso fresco, tomato slices, avocado slices, and grilled beef. Serve grilled beef arepas with guasacaca on the side.
