Cook for 5 minutes. Season and set aside. In a pot with water, cook chicken, onion, and garlic for 20 minutes. Shred chicken and set aside. For assembling the chicken tacos dorados: In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry tacos for 5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
