In a blender, combine cream cheese, milk, cream, table cream, and chipotle chile in adobo sauce. Season with salt and blend for 10 minutes until smooth. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken breast and sear on both sides for 5 minutes. Spoon chipotle sauce over chicken breast and cook for 5 minutes. Ladle chipotle sauce on a plate and arrange chicken breast on top. Spoon chipotle sauce over the chicken breast. Serve creamy chipotle chicken with basil sprouts and rice on the side.
