In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, lightly whisk egg yolks and add milk and oil. Mix and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. In another bowl, whisk egg whites to stiff peaks. Little by little, fold egg whites into the batter without overmixing. Place 1 cup of batter into a greased heart-shaped waffle maker and close the lid fast. Cook until cooked through. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Sprinkle easy heart-shaped waffles with icing sugar and serve with your favorite fruit on the side.
