Melt chocolate in a microwave oven in 20-second intervals. Stir each time to keep chocolate from burning. Divide white chocolate into three. Add red food coloring to one part and green food coloring another. Set aside. Cover strawberries in melted white chocolate and melted dark chocolate. Cool and set aside. Using a piping bag, drizzle strawberries with dyed chocolate as shown in the video. You can also use white and dark chocolate. Contrasting colors is key. Use sugar to decorate strawberries. Let cool and serve chocolate-covered Christmas strawberries.
