In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the flour and grind for 1 minute until a ball is formed. Divide flour into 3 portions. While mixing, add flour portions little by little into the previous mixture and mix until a soft dough is formed. Divide dough into 2 portions. Grease 2 round baking sheets with a bit of olive oil to keep dough from sticking and roll it out. Shape dough into a heart. Spoon tomato sauce over the dough. Place a layer of Mozzarella cheese and top with a layer of thinly sliced button mushrooms. Add a layer of cherry tomatoes and top with basil leaves. Bake heart-shaped mushroom pizza for 20 minutes until golden brown and until cheese broils.
